Asylum in Lockdown: A Halloween Murder Mystery

The head doctor of the Asylum was found dead in his office this evening.
His papers lay scattered across the desk, as though someone had rifled through them - searching for something… or leaving a trail of misdirection.
The last visitors had been preparing to leave when the alarm sounded.
The asylum sealed itself; no one in, no one out.
The office had only two exits: the heavy front door and the locked service entrance.
The conclusion was inescapable.
The murderer is here, among us.
